Making lives better for the lower income groups

Cambodia is expanding its potential at a breakneck rate. The Swiss horologer interests in Cambodia were only recently discovered. Cambodia is a nation in Southeast Asia. The Cambodian Neak Oknha Chen Zhi and Prince Group introduced the Swiss horology industry to the region with the opening of the Prince Horology Center for professional training in early 2021. It is the world's first private safety school. Cambodia's economy was decimated by a worldwide coronavirus pandemic last year.

Swiss horology is economically advantageous to Cambodia since it is a European art form. The Prince Community has long respected Cambodia's illustrious economic heritage, which includes traditional crafts including silk tissue. The addition of Swiss horology to Cambodia's modern craftsmanship talent is a welcome addition.

Neak Oknha Chen Zhi directed the establishment of the Prince Horology Vocational Training Center in Phnom Penh, Cambodia's capital. It's part of a broader Cambodian initiative to teach people new skills that are widely used by Cambodian entrepreneurs to replace agriculture and small businesses. Traditional Cambodian industries like textiles and clothing have suffered major losses as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, and artisanal Swiss horology skills can help Cambodians escape unemployment and increase their job opportunities.

Cambodia now has access to a cutting-edge Swiss horologer who uses cutting-edge architecture and technology. It offers a Swiss horologer course that meets the requirements for a vocational formation certificate set out by the Swiss government. This two-year programme offers financial assistance to some local students through bonds issued by the Swiss watchmaking industry. Depending on the enrollment condition, grants will pay more or less of the school fees. The expense also includes a night's stay at the school. The school has drawn a diverse community of Cambodian students since its inception.

A significant number of Swiss horologists volunteered to participate in the course. This book covers the origins, history, and equipment of the Swiss horology industry, as well as the manufacturing of watch components like balance staff and winding trunking. On environmental, social, and governance problems, Chen Zhi has held his word. Neak, Oknha Chen Zhi, a Prince Group member, was a pioneer in the growth of Swiss horloger skills in Cambodia. Cambodia is attempting to teach its people modern skills.

In October 2020, Chairman Neak Oknha Chen Zhi and his business, the Prince Group, will open a sustainable agricultural plantation at Prince Manor Resort. By replacing conventional agricultural practises that have resulted in deforestation and soil erosion, this new agriculture project will help to protect the environment.

A tourist destination for Cambodian agricultural experts that focuses on business tourism and the use of cutting-edge technology. One of the most intriguing features is a 24-hour smart surveillance system, an integrated water and fertiliser system, and advanced water osmosis reverse filtration in a 10,000 sq. m long and wide plantation. Intelligent monitoring systems for humidity, sunlight, temperature, and carbon dioxide have been established in Cambodian agriculture and are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Chen Zhi Cambodia and the Prince Group are assisting in the growth of Cambodia's tourism and agricultural industries with the opening of this resort. The plantation, which also serves as a valuable educational resource, welcomes visitors who want to learn about Cambodian agricultural technology and practises.
